• Failure to attend a class without proper notice may result in forfeiture of payment (see Refund Policy below).

• Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Refund Policy: Due to high demand and scheduling constraints, most training classes and appointments are non-refundable. Specific refund terms (if any) will be stated at the time of booking.
• Firearm purchases are subject to applicable waiting periods and cannot be cancelled once the transfer process has begun, except as required by law.

You agree not to:
